Founder, more than once

Left the enterprise track to build. Launched FlyingSalon, one of India's earliest on-demand beauty platforms, before the gig economy had a name, and Vidizy, a video marketing SaaS I built and later exited. First real lessons in going from zero to product to market.

2015 to 2020 · The Studio

From solo to a team of 30 plus

Founded FocalCode, a product studio that shipped 40+ apps and platforms for founders worldwide across fintech, healthtech, edtech, and logistics. Turned raw ideas into investor-ready products, many hitting traction within 90 days.

2019 to 2023 · The Scale

52 million installs

Went deep on app growth. Built the playbooks, ran the campaigns, and drove 52M+ installs across 300+ clients in fintech, gaming, healthtech, and consumer apps. A YouTube channel breaking down the strategies grew to 28K+ subscribers.

2024 to 2025 · The Shift

Same machine, new market

Saw service businesses making the exact mistakes I had already solved for apps: ads with no follow-up, leads going cold in hours, no system. Started applying the acquisition-machine playbook to them, beginning with dental.
